November 27, 1972 was born to the late Angelee Miles and John Crim. John "Tank" Miles entered into eternal rest on December 24, 2024 at Piedmont Medical Center Midtown of Columbus, GA.
At an early age, he confessed Christ as his personal savior and Tank attended Community Baptist Church (Valley, AL) that is under the leadership of Rev. David Core, Sr. John attended Valley High School. He was employed by West Point Stevens Mill until the mill closed. He later found employment with Bentley in Opelika, AL for ten plus years. He was employed with John Soules Food from 2020 until 2024 where he served as a faithful and devoted production worker/ team lead.
On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, John answered the Master's call. Mr. John "Tank" Miles had been reunited with those that preceded him in death. His loving grandmother Ms. Hattie Mae Miles and his loving mother Ms. Angelee "Ann" Miles.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories; seven loving children Kinta, Kinyada, Aniysha, Jakhiya, Jacina, Tymesha and Skylar Olivia all of Valley, AL; five grandchildren Jakell, Jamari, Tyquarius, Kingston, and DeQari all of Valley, AL. His loving father John (Gwen) Crim of Valley, AL. four loving brothers Earnest Miles, Erick (Lakesha) Miles, Tony Johnson, and Kelvin (April White) Miles all of Valley, AL and one sister Zandra Lewis of Atlanta, GA. One step-brother Trez Gibson of Huntsville, AL. One Aunt Debra Walton of Opelika, AL. Nephews and Nieces Kevin, Blake, Kelnecia, Khaden, and Zayden all of Valley, AL Keiana, Ashanti, Desirea, Dequavius all of Atlanta, GA . One great nephew Khyler of Valley, AL; Ashirah, Demorica, Kyllen, Deslyn, Lynsia, Ryan, and Ronnie all of Atlanta, GA. A host of Special Community Brothers Oakland Heights ENT; Best friends as brothers Curtis "CB" Bailey and Bobby"BC" Cocharn, a special friend Andrea Welch. A host of other loving family members, neighbors, coworkers and friends.
